Principal / Lead Software Engineer

We're looking for a Principal / Lead Software Engineer to act as a technical and strategic partner to our customers. In this role, you'll bridge product capabilities and customer use cases, helping businesses get the most out of our platform. You'll lead pre-sales technical conversations, design and deliver proof-of-concept implementations, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

With a strong presence in the remote-first tech landscape, the team is spread across several countries and fosters a collaborative, transparent, and impact-driven culture.

The platform combines event management, live interaction tools (chat, Q&A, polls), integrations with third-party systems, and detailed analytics to deliver a seamless experience for both hosts and participants.

Job Description

• Leading technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers
• Designing scalable solutions using our API, webhooks, and integrations
• Supporting the sales cycle with demos, documentation, and expert insight
• Building internal tools or prototypes that illustrate product capabilities
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs and feature requests
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to Solutions Engineers and other customer-facing team members
