Purpose

Johnson & Johnson Vision Poland seeks a strategic Trade & E-commerce Manager to drive growth across multiple channels : optic stores, drugstores, marketplaces, medical centers, and online platforms. The role focuses on developing trade activation initiatives, managing omnichannel customer journeys, and enhancing brand visibility for the AVUCUE brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape Poland's eye health market by integrating online and offline experiences, leveraging Johnson & Johnson's global expertise with local insights.

You Will Be Responsible For

Strategy & Channel Management

• Develop and implement trade and e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and excellent customer experience.
